There are no formal academic entry requirements, although learners should normally be working in, or preparing for, a role where coaching or mentoring knowledge can be applied. You will need sufficient written English and digital skills to complete the online written assignment. The CMI Level 3 Award has a minimum Total Qualification Time of 50 hours. HHF Training delivers Unit 3011V1, which carries 70 Total Unit Time hours and 30 Guided Learning Hours. Illustrative completion times are around 23–24 weeks at 3 hours per week, 14 weeks at 5 hours per week, 10 weeks at 7 hours per week, or 7 weeks at 10 hours per week. These periods are illustrative only and are not guaranteed completion dates.
