Payment Options: Common Questions
Can I pay monthly for online courses?
Yes. Eligible HHF Training courses offer interest-free instalments. The course payment plans available depend on the combined eligible course total in your basket. Compare the schedules at checkout and choose the option that suits your budget.
Do interest-free payments reduce the course fee?
No. Instalments spread the fee over several payments. They do not reduce the amount you owe. Review the complete schedule and total before you enrol, and keep enough funds available for each due date.
Can I choose more than one course?
Yes. Browse the course pages and add your chosen eligible qualifications to the same basket. Check the entry and practical requirements for each course. Checkout calculates the available payment options using your combined eligible course total.

Choose How You Pay
Pay in full: pay the total course fee at checkout.
Interest-free monthly instalments: spread the cost of eligible courses. Your first payment is due at checkout, with the remaining payments due monthly.
- Eligible course total up to £300: 3 payments.
- Above £300 and up to £1,000: choose 3 or 6 payments.
- Above £1,000: choose 3, 6 or 9 payments.
For multiple eligible courses, the combined eligible course total determines the available schedules. Your checkout shows the exact amount due today, future payments and total before you order. Instalments are available on eligible courses where the option is shown.
Payment Reminders, Suspension and Restoring Access
Please pay each instalment by the due date shown on your invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid, three payment reminders are scheduled:
- First reminder: 7 days after the invoice is issued.
- Second reminder: 14 days after the invoice is issued.
- Final reminder: 21 days after the invoice is issued.
Suspension on day 22: if the invoice is still unpaid, access to the course covered by the payment plan is suspended. You will be unable to continue accessing that course until access is restored.
Restoring course access: pay the overdue instalment balance plus a £25 administration fee. For example, if £100 is overdue, the amount needed to restore access is £125. Any other overdue instalments must also be cleared. Your remaining scheduled payments still apply.
