Assessment

The qualification is internally assessed. Each learner must create a portfolio of evidence that demonstrates achievement of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria across the four mandatory units.

Depending on the assessment activity and the evidence required, a portfolio may include:

Assessor observation
Witness testimony
Learner-produced work
Worksheets
Assignments, projects or reports
Learner and peer reports
Recognition of prior learning where applicable

HHF Training will provide the assessment instructions applicable to the course. All submitted evidence must be the learner’s own work and must meet the stated assessment criteria.

How online study works

Course materials and assessment guidance are provided online. Work through each unit, review the learning content, complete the required assessment activities and submit evidence for assessor review. Tutor or assessor feedback will identify whether the evidence meets the assessment criteria or requires further work.

Do not publish a fixed completion period, guaranteed marking time or unrestricted self-paced claim unless HHF has confirmed it for this product.

Tutor and assessment support

HHF Training provides guidance to help learners understand the course structure, unit requirements and assessment instructions. Where feedback identifies gaps, learners should use that feedback to strengthen and resubmit the relevant evidence in line with HHF's assessment procedures.
