Study and assessment
Study the knowledge elements flexibly online and build a portfolio demonstrating your leadership and management practice. You must have access to a suitable adult care workplace and responsibilities that allow you to meet the qualification requirements. Practical competence must be evidenced; written assignments alone cannot replace required workplace assessment.
Areas of study include leading teams, communication, safeguarding, person-centred care, governance, service improvement, health and safety, and professional practice.
