Academic Integrity

AI Use, Plagiarism and Collusion

Submit your own work. It must accurately show your knowledge, understanding and evidence.

Can I use AI tools to complete my assignments?

HHF Training has a strict policy on AI misuse. Do not use AI to create assessment work and present it as entirely your own.

You are responsible for the accuracy, originality and authenticity of all work you submit.

What is plagiarism?

Plagiarism means using another person’s words, ideas or work as your own without crediting them. HHF Training treats this seriously.

What is collusion?

Collusion means working together in a way that breaks the rules for individual work. Do not submit shared work when independent work is required.

HHF Training may investigate suspected AI misuse, plagiarism, collusion and other academic misconduct. The relevant policies and procedures apply.

Why is there a quality-assurance process after I finish my course?

Quality checks confirm that assessment decisions and your evidence meet the required standards. These checks take place before certification.

International Learners

Many HHF Training online courses are open to learners worldwide. Course requirements and regulatory rules apply.

Can I enrol with HHF Training if I live outside the UK?

Yes. Many courses are available worldwide. Some cannot be delivered online to international learners because of practical tasks, awarding-body conditions or regulatory restrictions.

Yes, potentially. Some courses need practical work, workplace access or observations. Regulatory rules may also limit how or where the course can be delivered.

Yes. Check the course requirements before you buy, especially for workplace or practical assessments. If you need a recognised qualification for a particular job or country, confirm its suitability before enrolling.

Recognition of Prior Learning and Progression

Your earlier qualifications, learning and experience may count towards further study. This depends on eligibility and a review of your evidence.

What is Recognition of Prior Learning?

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) compares your earlier learning and evidence with the requirements of a current qualification.

Can previous qualifications count towards a new qualification?

Potentially. We can review earlier qualifications to see whether they meet part of your new course requirements.

Does RPL guarantee that I will receive exemptions?

No. Each RPL application needs a review of your evidence and the qualification requirements. Recognition cannot be guaranteed before that review.
