Combine internal quality assurance knowledge, practical IQA work and leadership of a quality assurance team.
The Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) supports people working in vocational education, workplace training and quality assurance. Lead IQAs, quality managers and coordinators who plan, allocate and monitor the work of other internal quality assurers.
HHF’s full certificate route requires you to work with at least two assessors and two IQAs in a real organisation. You need access to learner evidence and the authority to plan, allocate, monitor and review team work. Confirm these opportunities and assessor observation arrangements before enrolling. This full route covers three units.

Lead IQAs, quality managers and coordinators who plan, allocate and monitor the work of other internal quality assurers.
Choose the route according to what you need to do in practice. Check your employer’s requirements and the settings where you will assess or assure assessment before you enrol. HHF can discuss your existing experience, access and support needs.
Through this course, you will develop an organised approach to your professional responsibilities.
Apply the learning to your own subject and setting. Your assessment briefs explain the evidence needed for each learning outcome; a list of activities alone is not sufficient for certification.
